Managing other people’s chaos has been a talent of Katarina’s since childhood, but has been seen as a professional strength by her peers since consulting for a luxury brand’s change comms strategy. Her MS in Communication & Economics was the floorwork for a natural business hack: from waitressing at the city pool bar to leading the comms strategy of an international travel company, she has what it takes to make any situation work for the better. And as a dedicated team player, she makes strategy fun in the process.

Telling other people's stories has been a passion of Emily's ever since her MA thesis on migrant speech. Linguistics is a lifestyle, and Emily has been living it to the fullest over the past twenty years - learning new languages, teaching her native one, and creating content for luxury brands as well as medtech and IT startups. As a born saleswoman, she knows how to listen. As a ferocious editor, she bites into the dark side of details. Luckily, she knows when to let go and bask in the sunshine of success.

Friends for a decade, Emily and Katarina became business partners in 2022 when they both developed the same mindset at the same time. (And were lucky enough to have a conversation about it.) Namely, we came to the realization that communications and marketing services should be more approachable, transparent and affordable. In the end, it is just about having a conversation. So, after some summer dreaming, an autumn planning and a winter working on a pilot project, we find ourselves in an inspiring spring. Welcome 2023!
